SERIES UNIVERSE
The series "Universe" was the artist's first series of paintings, where she enhanced the textures of the canvas, giving the works an organic relief. In the works that make up the "Universe" series, each person can be transported into the artwork through a drop of paint and light, feeling as if they are in another world, the world of Carmen Carbonell.
Some of the works in this series experience the phenomenon of iridescence, causing the colors to evolve throughout the day, transforming the painting based on the light.
